An FRP tank, also called a fiberglass or GRP tank, is made entirely of fiberglass reinforced plastic. A dual laminate tank adds a thermoplastic lining such as PVC, CPVC, PP or PPH inside an FRP shell. The lining takes the chemical attack, which helps with harsh chemicals or demanding temperature and pressure. We build both and recommend one after reviewing what you are storing.
Fluids, solids and gases. Customers use ENCORE tanks for chemicals, fuel, ultra-pure water, water and wastewater, food products and bulk solids in silos. We choose the resin and construction to match what goes in, so tell us the material, concentration and temperature.
Yes. Our standard range includes horizontal tanks (above ground or underground), vertical tanks, double-wall tanks and mixing tanks, with or without insulation. Tops and bottoms can be flat, dished or conical, and we can add ladders, walkways, manholes, valves, level indicators and vent scrubbers.
